It takes a Village! At TASKERS - we are closing the gap between the textbook and the Real World. We have big ambition. We are launching in Bronxville because this is where we raised our kids, andin Allendale because this is where we grew up.
Our high school kids need to graduate with the confidence and entreprenurial chops to execute on their ambitions. Students are taught by real startup veterans.
We have roles for Parents, Students, and a couple of big roles to drive the success of ourpilots - and expand Taskers to adjacent communities within Westchester and Bergen County.

Community Launch Leadership Role
High School Taskers launches student-run local service startups through community-supported platforms designed to create real earning opportunities for students and a trusted local services marketplace for families.
Each community launch begins with a group of Founding Parent and Student Evangelists who help build awareness, recruit early participants, and support the fundraising effort that makes the platform possible.
Role Overview
Parent and Student Evangelists help establish the foundation for launching Taskers in their community.
A key part of this role is supporting the effort to reach the $75,000 community launch goal, which funds the first year of platform infrastructure, workshops, and startup rollout.
Evangelists work alongside Community Taskers leadership to introduce the platform locally and help organize the network of early supporters that makes launch possible.
Responsibilities
Community Awareness
• introduce Taskers to families and students
• help explain how student-run services operate locally
• share the vision of building a permanent student entrepreneurship platform
Founding Supporter Network
• help identify potential founding donors and sponsors
• support outreach to local families interested in backing the launch
• assist in building the circle of early community supporters
Launch Fundraising Goal
• contribute to the effort to reach the $75,000 community launch milestone
• help connect leadership with prospective supporters
• participate in small-group conversations introducing the initiative
Early Platform Adoption
• recruit founding households
• support early student participation
• help generate demand for the first service startups
Feedback & Community Insight
• share input from parents and students
• help refine service priorities
• identify opportunities for additional local offerings
