JOIN TASKERS - Make a Difference
It takes a Village! At TASKERS - we are closing the gap between the textbook and the Real World. We have big ambition. We are looking to launch Taskers pilots in Bronxville, NY and Allendale, NJ this summer.
Our high school kids need to graduate with the confidence and entreprenurial chops to execute on their ambitions. Students are taught by real startup veterans.
Founding COO — One Community Launch Partner Per County
We are preparing Taskers pilot launches in Allendale (NJ) and Bronxville (NY) this summer and are looking for one Founding COO in Bergen County and one Founding COO in Westchester County to help make each pilot successful and support expansion into adjacent communities.
This is a venture-building role with equity participation and a defined pathway to regional leadership.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Working directly with the founding team, the County COO will help develop the playbooks that guide how Taskers launches and scales across communities.
The role begins part-time and strategy-focused during pilot deployment, then expands as additional towns launch.
Primary focus areas:
• community launch playbooks
• workshop curriculum structure
• evangelist recruitment systems
• adjacent community rollout sequencing
• regional operating infrastructure
Pilot Community Economics
Initial pilots in Bronxville and Allendale validate the local services marketplace model before regional expansion.
Across just five core services, total addressable household demand already exceeds:
$275,000 per month per community
Taskers targets capturing only:
7–10% of this demand within 18 months
This disciplined approach allows each community to develop a durable student-run services base before expansion accelerates.
County Expansion Strategy
Once pilots are established, the next phase is structured multi-town rollout.
With playbooks in place, the County COO leads expansion toward:
10 active Taskers communities per county within 36 months
At maturity, this represents approximately:
$2.5M ARR per county platform
As communities launch sequentially, operational leadership shifts from pilot support to regional coordination and scaling.
Leadership Pathway
This role is designed as a progression track.
Phase 1
Pilot support + playbook design
Phase 2
County rollout coordination
Phase 3
Regional leadership across multiple communities
Successful County COOs transition into:
