At the heart of The Taskers Foundation is a founding team driven by purpose, execution, and measurable impact. Together, they channel decades of experience in entrepreneurship, education, and community innovation toward one goal: expanding access to real-world learning for every student, regardless of background. The team combines startup discipline with educational vision, designing programs that turn schools into engines of opportunity. Each founder contributes a unique perspective—operational strategy, social enterprise growth, storytelling, and workforce readiness—but all share the same belief: that every young person deserves the chance to learn, earn, and lead before they graduate high school.
Sean Morgan

Sean is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of building and scaling successful ventures. He founded ScreamingMedia, a leading online licensed text news platform in partnership with over 2,500 global newspapers (acquired by CBS MarketWatch for $103M) and Critical Mention, real-time (acquired for $43M). Among others, he co-founded BigVu, a video creation and social marketing app that is downloaded every 30-seconds around the world and enjoys 40,000 subscribers. With experience raising over $40M in venture capital and leading media and tech companies from launch through exit, Sean brings strategic vision, operational discipline, and deep product expertise to High School Taskers. His mission now is to give students the tools, structure, and support to launch businesses of their own—before they graduate high school.

Nichole brings a wealth of capability to the Taskers Foundation. She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership Nonprofit and Public Administration from University of Pennsylvania, Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Penn State, and her Certificate in Professional Fundraising at Boston University.
At the American Heart Association, she rose to Senior Vice President of Small Markets where she set the strategy, milestones, managed, trained and supported the Development Staff continually exceeding annual fund-raising goals.
She then set out and launched her Fundraising Consultancy where she successfully raised over $100M for nonprofits across many missions; Career Readiness, Workforce Development, Living Wage Post High School, Diversity & Equity. Having children who recently graduated high school, once she saw what we were doing at Taskers, she knew we were on to something.
As we build High School Taskers and The Taskers Foundation conservatively over the first year, Nichole will manage all fund raising efforts, Donor communications, Student KPI reporting and Tasker Foundation Events.
